Mala Ramakrishnan

Mala Ramakrishnan is a multi-exit founder, product executive, investor, and AI ecosystem leader with more than two decades of experience building and scaling technology companies. She is the Founder and Managing Partner of Progressive Ventures, an early-stage AI-focused venture fund, and the Founder and President of Founders Creative, a nonprofit community supporting thousands of founders, investors, and AI professionals. Previously, Mala held leadership roles at Meta, Cloudera, Oracle, Automation Anywhere, and Ethyca, driving product innovation across AI, privacy, cloud computing, enterprise software, and automation. She has co-founded and successfully exited multiple startups, including Cuvo, Aeroprise, and Mavantis, and is an active investor in leading AI companies and emerging startups. Through her work as an operator, investor, and advisor, Mala helps founders transform breakthrough technologies into scalable, market-leading businesses.
