Gagan Mac heads Circle's developer products portfolio that includes USDC, Arc, interop, wallets, etc. He built the developer ecosystem business from the ground up, expanding USDC across blockchains and shipping Programmable Wallets, CCTP, and Arc, which is now in public testnet with 100+ partners spanning DeFi and TradFi. Before Circle, Gagan was the first Experiences PM on Meta's Orion AR Glasses, led the Ray-Ban Stories product team, founded Twilio's Voice Insights business, and built Uber's global communications platform. He has also co-founded Allminds, a public benefit corporation making mental healthcare accessible through insurance. Gagan holds an MBA from UC Berkeley Haas and an MS in Electrical & Computer Engineering from CU Boulder. He's a dad to two girls, enjoys parenting, playing soccer, racquet sports, and snowboarding.
