Ben Bartlett is an attorney, entrepreneur, and elected official serving as a City Council Member for Berkeley. He is widely recognized for his work in blockchain policy, impact investing, clean energy, housing innovation, and public policy development. Ben also serves as a mentor and advisor to leading Web3 and innovation-focused organizations, including Algorand Foundation, Starknet Foundation, and Celo. As Partner at Tackett Bartlett LLP, Ben advises startups and businesses in blockchain, AI, fintech, and emerging technologies. He is also a member of California’s Blockchain Working Group, helping shape policy recommendations for blockchain innovation and technology adoption across the state.
