Ashmeet Sidana is the Founder and Chief Engineer of Engineering Capital, a venture firm focused on leading seed investments in software companies through deep technical insight. Before moving into venture capital, Ashmeet held leadership roles at VMware, where he led product management for ESX Server, as well as at Silicon Graphics. Ashmeet has backed some of the industry’s most successful technology companies, including Rubrik, SignalFx, Tubi, and Robust Intelligence. He is widely recognized for his ability to identify and support high-potential technical founders building the next generation of software and infrastructure companies.
