Alina Aeby

Alina Aeby, PhD, is an economist, entrepreneur, and international speaker focused on digital infrastructure, economic development, and emerging technologies. She is the Founder and President of the Silicon Valley PropTech Association (SVPA), a global organization connecting innovators, investors, industry leaders, and policymakers across technology, infrastructure, and the built environment. She is also the CEO and Co-Founder of Data Pulse, a technology company currently piloting digital real estate infrastructure solutions in East Africa. Alina advises organizations, industry groups, and public-sector stakeholders on digital transformation, smart cities, GovTech, PropTech, and public-private partnerships. Her work spans North America, Europe, Asia, and Africa, with a focus on using technology and data to improve transparency, investment readiness, and economic growth. She is the incoming President of the World PropTech Council of FIABCI, the International Real Estate Federation, and is based in San Francisco.
